Code for Adding Family and Friends on Glo GBAM Tariff

Globacom Nigeria  has replaced the Glo Infinito "special" tariff with the new Glo GBAM, while the Glo Infinito "Social" tariff plan remains intact. Hence, if you used to call ONE special number, do not be surprised if you wake up one day and realized that you have been charged more for calling that your ONE special number. In addition.you can't migrate to the tariff any longer.

On Glo GBAM, you will be charged 5 kobo per second instead of the 2 kobo per second on Glo Infinito "special" tariff, though you will be able to call 5 glo numbers at that rate instead of just ONE special number allowed via the Glo Infinito "special" tariff. To fully utilize the benefits of Glo G+Bam, you should try and have up to five numbers on your account as Family and Friends.

So, How Do I Add Glo Family and Friends?

==> Dial *101*1*Glo Mobile Number#

To Modify Registered FnF/Special Numbers

==> Dial *101*2*Existing Mobile Number*New Mobile Number#

To Delete Registered FnF/Special Numbers

==> Dial *101*3*Mobile Number#

*First time registration of special numbers is free. On subsequent change, N100 will be charged.

If you need the code to migrate to Glo GBAM, just dial *100*5*1# 


NOTE:

==> N10/per day rental applies on Glo GBAM
==> You can use the same code for adding/modify the 5 special numbers on "Glo Infinito Social",  which allows you to call the 5 special numbers at 18 kobo per second.

What is CTR, Impression, eCPM in Google Adsense Reports?..Meaning Explained..

The Google Adsense reports contain some Adsense Terminologies you must understand in order to get better understanding of how Google Adsense works. These Terminologies include: CTR, Impression, eCPM.

The AdSense report visible from the Monetize tab ( in Blogger's dashboard) or when logged in to www.google.com/adsense contains basic information about how many ads have run on your blog, how many clicks were generated, and how much revenue you have earned. Each term in the report is defined below:

Page impression: A page impression is generated every time a user views a page displaying Google ads. Google counts one page impression regardless of the number of ads displayed on that page. For example, if you have a page displaying three ad units and it is viewed twice, you will generate two page impressions and six ad unit impressions.

Clicks:# The number of times an ad was clicked on in the given reporting period.

Page CTR (Clickthrough Rate): The number of ad clicks divided by the number of impressions for the page of ads that appears when a link unit is clicked. For example, if your Ad Units were displayed 50 times and clicked 10 times, the CTR will be 20% (10/50 * 100 ). The higher your CTR, the more Google will suspect you of "invalid clicking". Some Adsense experts use to say normal CTR should be around 10% or less.

Page eCPM (Effective Cost Per Thousand Impressions): Essentially, effective CPM represents your estimated earnings for every 1000 impressions that you receive. Effective CPM doesn't represent how much you have actually earned - rather, it's calculated by dividing your estimated earnings by the number of page impressions, then multiplying by 1,000. For example, if you earned an estimated $0.15 from 25 page impressions, then your page eCPM would equal ($0.15 / 25) * 1,000, or $6.00. If you earned an estimated $180 from 45,000 ad impressions, your ad eCPM would equal ($180 / 45,000) * 1,000 or $4.00.

 CPC (Cost Per Click): is the amount of money that you will earn when an ad unit is clicked. CPC values of each Ad Units vary and are determined by many factors, including publisher's performance and the publisher's site quality. But in general, the maximum value possible is 20% of the bid value offered by the advertiser dynamic.

Earnings: Total revenue earned to date.

Free iPad Games You Can Download from Apple App Store

I have some free iPad games on my Apple iPad 3G and I have decided to share the downloads links with you. Whether at home, travelling or just to challenge your friends, you will surely have some fun with these free games for your Apple iPad.


Below is the screenshot of my GAMES folder on my Apple iPad 64gb:

1. Words With Friends FREE

If you love the popular "Scrabble" game and want something similar to it, which you can play for free on your iPad, then download the "Words With Friends" game.

The word building game is my favourite game. I love it so much because apart from been able to pass and play with a friend, it also integrates easily with Facebook, allowing me to play with Facebook friends who also have "Words With Friends" on their Apple or Android device.

"Words HD" is the paid version of "Words With Friends", WITHOUT ads.

2. Ludo HD

The Ludo HD a classic board game for iPad. It supports multiplayer and you can also play with the computer.

The rule is simple: Roll a six on the dice to get out of the castle, move your pieces along, hit others and return to home base.

3. SCRABBLE Free

I stumbled on the "Words With Friends" game before this "Scrabble" game and as at the time of publishing this, I still prefer the "Words With Friends".

4. Angry Birds HD Free

Angry Birds HD Free features challenging physics-based demolition gameplay, and lots of replay value. The 15 levels, set in 5 mini episodes, have been created

specifically for Angry Birds HD Free. Each of the levels requires logic, skill, and brute force to crush the enemy.



5. Mazda MX-5
If you are a fan of racing games, you can download the Mazda MX-5 game from the App Store for FREE.

The race leads players through eight different scenarios across four regions: Country Cruise (country road), Ocean Motion (steep coast), Desert Ride (desert) and Mountain Thrill (mountains), to the appropriate background music from Mazda & Street Hi-Fi.
